FrontRange Unveils Global LearnCenter for Web-based Software Training
By Divya Narain, TMCnet Contributing Editor
FrontRange Solutions, a provider of IT service management, voice application, and customer relationship management (CRM) solutions for the mid-market and distributed enterprise, has launched a new online portal FrontRange Global LearnCenter, in a bid to expand its education services. The portal is available at frontrange.learn.com.
With its new LearnCenter, FrontRange Professional Services Organization (PSO) is providing customers with worldwide access to its e-learning courses. This will help customers optimize their software investment, thereby enhancing their productivity and service availability.
Customers can register for public instructor-led sessions on GoldMine, HEAT and ITSM products at the Global LearnCenter. The LearnCenter also offers Web-based training courses that are ideal for various IT professionals.
“People buy training to better understand how to use, implement, and maintain the software they have purchased,” explained Paul Stedman, vice president of professional services at FrontRange, in a statement. “Without it, they could take a longer time to implement or do it incorrectly, and untrained end users take longer to adapt to the new product and often reject it.”
Stedman added: “Our driving ambition is to be our customers' first-choice provider for all their FrontRange Solutions education needs. Our goal is to surpass their expectations with a range of offerings that can be tailored to meet their distinctive requirements.”
The new portal reinforces the commitment of the experts at FrontRange Education Services to offer benefits like ‘measurable improvement in productivity’, ‘continual improvement in productivity’, ‘new methods accepted and defended’ and ‘successful implementation of new applications,’ through training.
“The FrontRange Education Services team wants to ensure our customers get the most out of their IT investment,” said Stedman.
“The creation of the Global LearnCenter, built on Learn.com's LearnCenter platform, is another way we can share our expertise and deliver the most up-to-date information in a quick manner to the customers,” Stedman concluded. “We are dedicated to providing them with all the knowledge, confidence and competency they need to be successful.”
