Xerox Incorporates TIS Content Processing Solutions Into Workflow Automation Suite
Xerox recently announced that it is continuing its partnership with Top Image Systems (News - Alert) (TIS), a company specializing in intelligent document processing solutions, with a new reseller agreement regarding the latter company’s content process automation solutions. These solutions will be integrated into Xerox’s workflow automation suite to form a more dynamic and comprehensive offering that helps streamline operations, increase productivity and pave the way for digital transformation.
“Our agreement with Xerox will bring significant business value to people and organizations looking to automate information-driven business processes,” commented Michael Schrader, CEO of TIS.
TIS’ content process automation platform provides organizations with a centralized hub for driving document-centric processes that enables greater control and transparency, allowing for integration of new services and technologies with newfound agility and no disruptions. Solutions included under this umbrella include digital mailroom, forms processing and customer response management, vastly simplifying essential content-driven tasks such as customer onboarding, manual data entry, claims administration and invoice processing.
Xerox’s workflow automation suite brings seemingly limitless productivity gains and efficiency boosts to organizations operating in a variety of industries. Document analytics tools are an essential step in digital transformation strategies which eliminate tedious, time- and resource-consuming paper-based tasks while making it much easier to derive important information from them and even corroborate this with other vital intelligence.
“Our workflow automation offerings enable greater productivity through digital transformation,” said Andy Jones, Vice President of Workflow Automation for Large Enterprise Operations at Xerox. “The decision to partner with TIS advances our strategy to bring our customers the most innovative workflow automation technologies available on the market.”
The incorporation of content process automation solutions from TIS gives the company’s technology a much wider audience (driving revenue) while rounding out Xerox’s offering to be more holistic and valuable. This is the latest development in a long-lasting, fruitful relationship that has led to more successful outsourcing and document management offerings from both companies around the world.
