Thai Wireless Carrier Implements Intervoice Service Gateway

By implementing Intervoice’s ( News - Alert) carrier-grade platforms, True Move will expand its existing voice portal to facilitate pre-paid mobile phone subscribers, Internet and WiFi ( News - Alert) users.
The partnership will provide True Move customers better customer experience with a quick and easy-to-use self-service system.
According to Mr. James Leander Powell, COO Mobile at True Move, the investment in Intervoice technology will give them a significant competitive advantage in the Asia-Pacific marketplace.

He continued: “Utilizing Service Gateway from Intervoice, we are helping True Move increase customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty in a region that is of key importance to Intervoice.”
Intervoice Service Gateway is a comprehensive voice solution, which allows carriers to reduce operational costs by up to 25 percent. Since the solution leverages open standards including SIP, VXML and CCXML, carriers can integrate additional revenue-generating, telco-grade applications without increasing the footprint of the system.
