Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago Awards a Contract to TelcordiaBy Deepika Mala, TMCnet Contributor Telcordia (News - Alert), a major player in the development of fixed, mobile and broadband communications software and services, has won a contract from Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago, for its next generation operations support systems.
TSTT, with the help of Telcordia, will be provided with an automated fulfillment solution that incorporates improved visibility of its inventory of network assets. Telcordia will also assist the same in accelerating the order-to-cash cycle; improve customer experience and lower operations costs.
