Conference Call Services Offer Instant Meetings

By Amy Tierney, TMCnet Web Editor

With the continued expansion of businesses into overseas markets, companies are increasingly tapping new technologies to help them do their job more efficiently. And such one technology that is gaining ground is teleconferencing.

Companies are not only deploying conference calls to lower costs their costs, but are using the technology to help employees save time, as well. With instant teleconferencing, executives and other busy professionals often need to set-up meetings at a moment’s notice.

And one such company, Eagle Conferencing, a provider of conference call services in the United States and India, is helping meet that need.

With Eagle’s teleconferencing service, companies use a conference bridge through self- service. Users dial the number, enter a pin number and connect to as many participants as they want. No operators are involved.
Companies that need to have daily, weekly , or monthly communications at a set time can use Eagle Teleconferencing’s onetime scheduling  solution so no time is wasted setting up the call, company officials said.

Teleconferencing solutions are also playing a role in popular social networks such as Facebook. Social networks are increasingly implementing teleconferencing solutions. Now users not only can communicate through Web links and broadcasted information to everyone on their “list,” but they can also launch live video feeds.

With social networks, users can conference with a group of people in real-time or record the session and access it at another time. As social networks become more valuable in communications, the ability to add teleconferencing in the medium extends the power of the medium. For example, users can enhance and their communications with others while boosting the networking and development.

Eagle Teleconferencing, for instance, can deliver conferencing solutions necessary to enhance  the social networking experience.

With the company’s worldwide network connection infrastructure, its capacity of more than 10 billion minutes and a variety of conference call options, Eagle's conference call solutions make it easier, safer, and cost-effective to collaborate with co-workers, partners and customers anytime and anywhere – where online or offline - around the world.
