Plum Voice Intros Plum Survey

By Jai C.S., TMCnet Contributor

Plum Voice, a provider of automated telephony solutions, has launched a new survey tool for marketers, Plum Survey, which allows users to design, deliver and analyze survey data instantly over both the Internet and the telephone.

Plum Survey includes real-time analytic tools and graphics to help navigate responses to identify hidden trends, patterns and behaviors. The company said that the newly launched survey tool eliminates the need to work with multiple vendors and it cuts costs associated with managing and collecting feedback through the Internet and phone.

In this approach, data is collected and analyzed without the cost of using traditional interactive voice response (IVR) solutions.

"The decision to create a multi-platform survey building tool was driven by our customers who wanted a simple, yet effective way to deliver a survey via web and phone," said Andrew Kuan, chief executive officer at Plum Voice.

"With Plum Survey you can choose which respondents are sent emails and which receive phone calls. Once the data is captured, Plum Survey's real-time analytics and reporting features make it faster and easier to evaluate results and measure success," added Kuan.

To start with, Plum Survey users can quickly and easily create surveys and customize the look of a web survey, and/or guide users through the process of recording audio prompts over the telephone. Eventually, the web version of the survey can be embedded into an email or a website, or sent to respondents with a link that goes to a standalone webpage.
By doing so, the phone version of the survey allows respondents to call in or users can upload a contact list, check off the call targets, and let Plum Survey make the calls.

With Plum Survey's real-time analytics, users can identify trends, patterns and behaviors and there are a variety of reporting features that users can use to examine and share key findings including histograms, pie charts, and line diagrams, clarified the company.

With offices in New York, Boston, and Denver, Plum Voice is the leading single-source provider of automated telephony solutions. For businesses of all sizes that demand high-performance, versatile, scalable IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems, we offer a unique combination of proprietary technology and complete professional services.

The newly launched Plum Survey tool Plum Survey is said to offer accurate results for,
customer satisfaction survey, employee feedback campaigns, customer loyalty programs, call center surveys, political polling and quantitative and qualitative research.
