911 Enable to Exhibit 911 Service Solutions at ITEXPO East

By Jaclyn Allard, TMCnet Copy Editor

It’s a top alert on 911 Enable’s (News - Alert) E911 Buzz Blog that 2011 has the 911 services provider traveling the country and setting up on the showroom floor. 911 Enable welcomed its blog readers with the hope of enticing some fans, some skeptics and some 911 service solution rookies to one of its many events between now and July.

The blog posting greeted, “Happy New Year! It’s just the beginning of 2011, but already it’s shaping up to be a busy year! One of the highlights of every year is, of course, the trade shows where we get to learn about all of the newest UC and IP telephony developments and demonstrate our solutions. We’ll be making several appearances this year, so make sure you come visit our booths and say hi!” A warm greeting indeed, and one to be extended at each sponsored exhibit at such tradeshows as Enterprise Connect (News - Alert) 2011 and Cisco Live 2011.

The warmest greeting of course is to come during the ITEXPO East 2011 to be held in Miami, Fla., Feb. 2-4. With bitter temperatures continuing to fall and snow accumulation continuing to rise in the North, it’s a good time for a conference in the Miami sun, and 911 Enable will be there to meet you on the exhibit floor at booth No. 713. But it won’t be all fun in the sun, 911 Enable means to do business, spreading the word about 911 services and offering to conference attendees information on IP communications software, communications and collaboration application software, security, cloud-based services, virtualized systems and services, as well as unified communications.

Along with these learning opportunities, 911 Enable will be sharing it Desk Alert 911 services product. As I recently reported, 911 Enable automates and simplifies the management tasks associated with E911, since IP phones may be tracked automatically, and comprehensive reporting and monitoring tools are accessible via a dashboard. Today’s security personnel, usually first responders to an incident and familiar faces to an organization, could use simplified 911 services to help them with their management tasks. 911 Enable and Avaya have come together to improve on-site 911 services and emergency response. One of the most useful security desk notification tools is Desk Alert, an optional component of the EGW that alerts security personnel of the precise location of the caller, the caller’s name, callback number, and links to any additional location-specific information that may be of use.

911 Enable hopes to see you there, thinking about sun and security.

To find out more about 911 Enable, visit the company at ITEXPO East 2011. To be held Feb. 2-4 in Miami, ITEXPO (News - Alert) is the world’s premier IP communications event. Visit COMPANY in booth No. 713. Don’t wait. Register now.
