Presence Showcases Contact Center Solution Suite V8 at TMC's ITEXPO

Presence Technology (News - Alert), a global software provider of a modular all-in-one contact center solution suite, has announced the latest version of its suite of products.

 

Version 8 of Presence’s solution suite has major enhancements and the company has included a brand new unified administration engine for its suite and many new out of the box reports.

 

This solution is also completely compliant with data protection laws. Presence Technology’s new Unified Administration adds extra functionality to the company’s OpenGate solution. Customers can now enjoy a more user-friendly environment, and a minimum time-to-production for campaigns. Training times for managers have also been reduced considerably.

 

The company will showcase the solutions in the Digium/Asterisk (News - Alert) World pavilion at TMC’s ITEXPO East, January 20-22, 2010 at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Miami, Florida.

 

Presence expects huge gains from participating in TMC’s ITEXPO (News - Alert), one of the most well-attended IP Communications trade shows in this part of the world. This event is held each year and in 2009 February, more than 8,000 buyers and sellers of IP Communications products and services attended this event.
