Why should customers choose your company’s solutions? How do they justify the expense to management?

What has the economic crisis taught you, and how has it changed your customers?
The economic crisis has taught us that we’re not going anywhere. It a time where service providers come and go, almost overnight, we’re in it for the long-haul. We've been in the business for over 20 years, pioneering the early days in the retail ISP and network services industry at the forefront of VoIP development.
How is this down economy affecting your decisions to reinvest in your company or market, if at all? Where will you invest?
We continue to invest in our infrastructure to ultimately provide the best possible service to our customers, and are more careful about our purchasing decisions.
Is this your first time exhibiting at ITEXPO? If you’re a veteran of the show, please tell us about your experiences.
ITEXPO continues to be our most successful conference event. This is our 5th IT EXPO we’re exhibiting at.
What are your plans after ITEXPO West? Will you be attending ITEXPO East 2010 at the Miami Beach Convention Center, January 20-22, 2010?
