Presence Technology to Discuss Call Center Strategies, Showcase Solutions at ITEXPO

Presence Technology, a software provider specialized in delivering advanced solutions to the contact center, will be serving as a cosponsor to the INTERNET TELEPHONY Conference & Expo, held February 2nd – 4th in Miami, Florida.

An increasing amount of contact centers are focusing on tools and technologies to enhance their strategic decision-making and planning capabilities. Presence Technology (News - Alert) knows that with the right amount of technology solutions, contact centers can improve productivity and cut operation costs, and turn themselves into a profit generating hub.
 
At the ITEXPO, Presence Technology (News - Alert) Executive Vice President of Business Development, Jose Luis Castaños will hold an educational discussion on how organizations can improve their call centers in a Web 2.0 world.
 
The presentation, “Strategic Planning: Why IP in the Contact Center?” will take place on Tuesday, February 3rd at 8:00 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. EST. It will discuss integration and implementation of a total solution and how to control total cost of ownership.
 
The company will also be showcasing Presence OpenGate, a powerful and flexible TDM and VoIP gateway that is fully integrated with its Contact Center Solution Suite. This solution is based on the robust and flexible Asterisk switching engine, and optimized by Presence Technology’s R&D team. Presence OpenGate meets the performance, scalability and up-time demands of even the most stringent contact centers.
 
Presence Technology will be in booth D-15 in the Digium-Asterisk World pavilion, where it will unveil its latest products, based on their “elastic call center” concept. The suite offers a series of software solutions for managing customer service center operations.   
 
Castaños is excited that his company gets the opportunity to showcase its products at the ITEXPO (News - Alert).

INTERNET TELEPHONY Conference & EXPO is the world’s largest and best-attended IP Communications trade show. At the 2008 east coast event last January, the show attracted over 7,000 buyers and sellers of IP Communications products and services.  The show in February will mark the 10th anniversary and be the 19th INTERNET TELEPHONY Conference & EXPO, and TMC once again projects total attendance to exceed 7,000.
