Sangoma's Global Partner Program Joined by GlobalThink

Sangoma’s Global Partner Program has a new Certified Application Partner, GlobalThink. A joint announcement in this regard has been made by Sangoma Technologies (News - Alert) Corporation and GlobalThink Technology SA.

DENWA is the latest IP-PBX solution from GlobalThink. DENWA which runs on Sangoma’s telephony cards also includes IP-PBX (News - Alert), Virtual PBX, Mobile PBX and Softswitch with SS7 GTW. Superior voice and audio quality and user-friendly, easily customizable solutions are therefore provided to both existing and new customers of GlobalThink. The customers will therefore be able to deploy wireless, broadband, wireline and next-generation communication services in a cost-effective manner.

In a press release, Frederic Dickey, director of marketing and product management at Sangoma, said, "The adoption of IP-PBX solutions in Latin America is exploding, and we are very confident that the partner relationship between Sangoma and GlobalThink will continue to drive adoption in Latin America as well as the U.S. After just one year on the market, the DENWA product line is already in use by several Latin American governments and financial institutions."

According to Diego Ghione who is the president of GlobalThink, in order to ensure the highest level of product integration for our powerful suite of telecom solutions, the company decided to become a Certified Application Partner. This decision will also help in building DENWA awareness within the U.S. and also in Latin America.

In a press release, Ghione added, "Previously, open source PBX solutions lacked documentation and support. Leveraging Sangoma hardware and software, DENWA customers can now easily customize and configure their PBX applications without the need for in-house programming expertise."
