TNS Turns to XO Communications for Ethernet Hub Service

TNS (News - Alert), which serves retail, banking and financial service industry has chosen Xo’s Ethernet Hub Service because of its ability to transport a significant amount of data traffic across multiple platforms securely and effectively.

More than anything else, TNS also has plans to use the hub service as a vehicle to reach new customers and streamline cost and equipment needs throughout the U.S.

 As TNS continues to expand its operations, both domestically and internationally, consolidating its high bandwidth applications has become necessary in order to maintain the highest level of service for its customers in the retail, banking, financial services and telecommunications industries, said TNS in a statement.

Launched in 2007, XO's wholesale Ethernet Hub Service is a point to multipoint service that reaches about four million U.S. businesses via a mix of its fiber and over 400 Ethernet over Copper (EoC)-enabled local service offices (LSOs).
