By employing the solution, users can combine all corporate communication functions into a single private network instead of having separate voice and data networks. This ensures that they get a single bill and also save up on costs.
A fully-managed solution, MegaPath's (News - Alert) Duet with MPLS and Managed Security service eliminates the need of additional equipment such as encryption devices and complex routing schemes for supporting Managed Security. The company's skilled engineers and field technicians configure the customer's equipment, install it and provision all the necessary circuits.
MegaPath's Network Operations Center (NOC (News - Alert)) technicians then proactively monitor all customer connections and equipment, and whenever there is a problem they are able detect and solve it immediately.
The service features customized MPLS VPN with Quality of Service (QoS) prioritization for voice calls, built-in security and a range of access technologies. All these features ensure enhanced reach, performance and flexibility. In addition, MegaPath offers crystal clear calling, faster Internet access, superior service and the premium calling features.
