By Rahul Prabhakar, TMCnet Contributing Editor
At a time when organizations are finding ways to collaborate dynamically, the role of new and emerging technologies such as the Voice over IP (VoIP) cannot be overlooked. It is not surprising then that the leading service providers of such technologies are devising strategies in order to encourage teams work closely and achieve successful results; thus creating an on-demand environment of dynamic collaboration, where the organizations can quickly assemble project teams, seamlessly manage participants, and effectively measure results.
CommuniClique, one provider of on-demand collaboration services using VoIP and other communication tools, recently announced a 30- day free trial of its VoIP-enabled project collaboration services for customers who sign up on their website. The registered users can explore the on-demand capabilities of the VoIP-enabled solution such as project collaboration, tracking, and development.
Andy Powers, CEO of CommuniClique, stated in a press release, “We are excited to offer a free trial which allows customers to take advantage of VoIP enabled project collaboration for one full month before making the decision to purchase a subscription.”
The web-based application offers VoIP-enabled project collaboration services to its users. After registering, the user can create unlimited projects using features like team document sharing and progress tracking. Additionally, they can invite new or existing users to participate in each project via online meetings, phone calls, IMs, emails, and document sharing.
The solution offering contains a metrics dashboard replete with a suite of reporting tools. These tools are capable of generating useful information about team members, the project in totality, or all projects (current and past). Using this service, the developers can utilize the CommuniCode API for integrating custom and third party applications easily.
According to Powers, “We are able to offer a free trial because of our confidence that users will sign up after they experience the full capabilities of the dynamic CommuniClique solution that connects distributed teams for measurable project success.”
