Huawei opens innovation and demo centre in Germany

Huawei Technologies, provider of next generation telecommunications
network solutions for operators, has opened a new Innovation and Demo
Centre in Darmstadt, Germany. The centre is said to create an
environment where Huawei customers and partners can experience, develop
and test Huawei's latest solutions.

The centre aims to support operators in achieving a smooth evolution
from existing networks to ALL-IP FMC networks.

Within the Centre, The "Home Zone" showcases private user products for
applications like IPTV, online gaming, high speed internet and
IMS-based value added services. The "Office Zone" presents business

applications like IP Centrex, video conference calling as well as
SIP-based services like FAX and POTS phone. The "Lounge Zone" features
services like mobile video phone on Wi-Fi and IPTV. Connected with
Huawei's headquarters, it also enables Huawei experts in China to work
directly with customers.
