CommuniGate Systems, Smartworld Team to Deliver Smart Hosted UC in Middle East

CommuniGate Systems (News - Alert), a provider of scalable Unified Communications, has announced its partnership with Smartworld to deliver Smart Hosted UC to small and medium sized Enterprises across the Middle East.

Smartworld is a provider of integrated communication solutions. The company’s hosted service is a secure end-to-end solution for enterprises with a user-friendly interface. Company officials said that this allows companies to instantly implement and seamlessly integrate with existing business applications and smartphones, enabling employees to access information with ease wherever they are.

Company officials said that the pay-as-you-go model makes sure that the companies need not invest upfront and can scale their infrastructure resource to meet business demands. Additionally, the cloud based solution gives companies the control to seamlessly add or remove employee accounts from the service to accommodate its changing business needs.

Smart Hosted UC is powered by CommuniGate Systems’ UC Centrex, and provides a suite of integrated enterprise communication applications to businesses, including email, contact management, instant messaging, calendaring, file sharing, telephony and mobility, all on one secure platform.

Moreover, the white-labeled UC Centrex solution enables Smartworld to deliver customizable individual solutions to their business customers under their Smart Hosted UC brand. Company officials said that this enables the company to maintain customer ownership, increasing customer lifetime value, enhancing brand value and awareness, with a secure, scalable, carrier-grade, multi-tenant platform.

Earlier last month, CommuniGate Systems announced its partnership with Deutsche Telekom International Carrier Sales & Solutions (News - Alert) (ICSS) to deliver white-label Unified Communications as a Service platform to carriers.
