Brightspeed Introduces Voice+ Powered by RingCentral: AI-Driven Cloud Communications

North Carolina-based Brightspeed, fiber broadband builder, announced the launch of its latest offering: Brightspeed Voice+. This new product, powered by RingCentral's enterprise cloud communications solution, will provide customers with AI-driven integrated messaging, video, and voice capabilities accessible from virtually any device.




RingCentral (News - Alert) offers AI-driven cloud business communications solutions and brings its Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) capabilities to Brightspeed Voice+, combining it with Brightspeed's connectivity infrastructure.
