Virgin Mobile USA Looks to ClientLogic for Holiday Customer Service Support

Customer traffic increases significantly for many companies during the holiday season and Virgin Mobile USA is no exception. The youth network is looking to ClientLogic, a global business process outsourcing provider, to increase its customer care and technical support capacity to meet the increased holiday demand for the company’s products and services.


 
This is the third consecutive year that Virgin Mobile USA will ramp up its customer service operations with ClientLogic in preparation of escalating holiday sales. The provider is expecting that it will be able to meet its customer service goals with help from ClientLogic.


 
“At Virgin Mobile USA, our busiest and most productive sales cycle occurs during the holiday season,” said Lisa Shardon, Virgin Mobile USA head of customer care, in a statement on Thursday. “As the demand for our products increases so does the need for quality customer and technical support.
 
Shardon went on to add, “Year in and year out, ClientLogic proves it is a reliable and trusted partner by quickly and seamlessly ramping customer care operations to accommodate our holiday surges. By planning for the seasonal spikes well in advance, ClientLogic provides us with the peace of mind that our valuable customers are in good hands.”
 
ClientLogic began in October to aggressively recruit and hire associates for the holiday rush. The company then provides these individuals with extensive training. During the 11-day spike in holiday business, ClientLogic will field hundreds of thousands of calls from new Virgin Mobile USA customers.
 
According to ClientLogic’s Chief Operating Officer, Americas, Chad Carlson, companies around the world look to ClientLogic to manage the most important part of their business — their customers. ClientLogic takes pride in its commitment to customer service excellence and its ability to scale to meet the array of needs of its diverse clients.
 
Carlson also highlighted that with Virgin Mobile USA, ClientLogic is in its third year of quickly and efficiently ramping up its customer care services to meet the client’s increased seasonal needs.
