ANPI: Set for an Exciting Future

By Susan J. Campbell, TMCnet Contributing Editor

Carriers and service providers will soon be able to offer a private label hosted solution from ANPI to the customer base. The solution is made up of a hosted UC platform and IT services. With this offering, carrier customers will be able to enjoy a complete solution that addresses the communications requirements and IT services needs of their real-world environments.

According to this ANPI announcement, carriers and service providers will be able to improve customer acquisition and retention. Their ability to own the customer relationship is directly related to the white- and private-label options that offer the flexibility of customized branding.

“ANPI has made significant and aggressive investments in staff, systems, and hosted infrastructure in order to bring a best in class hosted service suite to the carrier community, and our management team represents literally centuries of experience in hosted and SIP Trunking applications,” said Dave Lewis, ANPI CEO, in a statement. “Our mission is to bring new and enabling solutions to the carrier community to ensure their most successful and profitable days are in front of them, not behind them.”

The hosted services offered by ANPI include a robust and diverse mixture of IT services that include website hosting, website development, offsite storage and offsite backup. ANPI also includes a branded customer portal to help accelerate deployment. Support includes customized billing options, account administration and excellent customer service.

To learn more about ANPI and the value proposition the company presents in the market, TMCnet invited David Byrd, CMO, and Ronnie Bailey SVP & General Manager of Business Solutions into the newsroom at ITEXPO (News - Alert) in Miami.

Mobility and geographic diversity are both trends Bailey highlighted in the coming market innovations from ANPI. He’s excited about what is to come, “One of the things is we are going to be is very conspicuous. We’ve traditionally been more focused on wholesale and you’ll see us very focused on the enterprise and the SMB space. As far as our distribution model, we’ll be introducing quite a few sales teams to support our products and services.”

As this element of the market continues to expand, the competition is certainly heating up. Bailey believes the company is extremely flexible and able to tackle the customers who have existing infrastructure, delivering solutions that meet their needs regardless of current challenges that exist.

To opportunities for ANPI are exciting, according to Byrd. “We are going to have a strong marketing effort,” he said. “ANPI is unknown in this part of the industry. We have a rebranding of the identity and launched our new identity at the show here. We have a number of activities we want to do to present ourselves to the industry.”
