Sabre announces upcoming webcast of fourth quarter and full year 2019 earnings conference call

SOUTHLAKE, Texas, Jan. 17, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Sabre Corporation ("Sabre") (NASDAQ: SABR) will host a live webcast of its fourth quarter and full year 2019 earnings conference call on February 26, 2020, at 9:00 a.m. ET.

"As we have previously discussed, Sabre will soon be in trial proceedings in connection with the Farelogix acquisition. The trial is set to begin on January 27 and is expected to run through February 6," said Sean Menke, Sabre president and CEO. "In order to give management additional time to focus on stockholders, we are holding our earnings call slightly later in February than in prior years."

Management will discuss the financial results, as well as comment on the forward outlook. The webcast is expected to last approximately one hour and will be accessible by visiting the Investor Relations section of Sabre's website at investors.sabre.com.

A live audio webcast of the session will be available on the Sabre website at investors.sabre.com. A replay of the event will b available on the website for at least 90 days following the event.
