Amdocs is set to address the opportunities and challenges facing services providers in the emerging connected world at Mobile World Congress (News
) 2010. This provider of customer experience systems, or “CES,” will deliver guidance for navigating a world in which it is predicted that trillions of devices will be connected to the network by 2017.
In addition to demonstrating its new product portfolio, Amdocs (News
) executives will also lead discussions and participate in panels in an effort to share insight on how service providers can forge new business models, expand relationships and leverage existing assets to expand more quickly, drive the customer experience and run leaner.

Amdoc’s recently launched CES (News
) 8 product portfolio is designed to drive personalization, as well as simple customer experiences by concealing the complexities of new applications and devices from the end user, while also ensuring the delivery of lean and agile operations.
In other Amdocs news, last month the company announced
that Claro Brazil, a mobile service provider, will deploy Amdocs
to support customer ordering, sales force automation, e-commerce and Web self-service.
Amdocs has also made an appearance in Bulgaria
mobile provider Mobiltel, and Amdocs, have announced the deployment of Amdocs CES Customer Management products at M-Tel. The products deployed include Amdocs Smart Agent Desktop and Amdocs Support for the service process from initial customer contact to resolution.
