Voiceserve Heads to Spain to Demo Voice Management Solution

Voice management company Voiceserve has packed its things and headed to Europe this week as the provider of next-gen Internet telephony software and services made a pit stop in Barcelona, Spain, to attend Mobile World Congress (News - Alert).

While at the trade show – an event that celebrates the current state of mobile and offer a glimpse into where mobile has the potential to go next – Voiceserve will be presenting its latest mobile phone applications. It latest software release, the VoipSwitch mobile application, allows mobile phone customers to use instant messaging (IM), live video sharing and complete file transfers across any device on any network operator.

Moreover, with the software, customers can use these enhanced communication services across mobile networks in a simpler and more intuitive way, according to company officials. Regardless of the network or device used, with the new application, smartphone users will be able to communicate via instant messaging, communicate via live video and share files such as photos simultaneously during calls.

The VoipSwitch mobile application, a custom modular all-in-one VoIP management platform licensing solution for resellers, aims to give customers a greater choice in how they want to communicate as it is interoperable between all operators and devices. VoipSwitch white labels its products enabling carriers and operators to brand the software with their companies personalized logo.

In other industry news, voice management solutions provider Tone Software recently announced it has been ranked high in customer satisfaction and performance in Dun & Bradstreet's (News - Alert) Open Ratings Evaluation.

The Past Performance Evaluation (PPE) from Open Ratings, a division of Dun & Bradstreet, is based on the survey feedback collected from verified clients. The survey, which measured the company’s performance across different categories, gave Tone Software (News - Alert) 94 out of a possible 100.
