Jinny Software (News - Alert) has launched a 4G Messaging Center or 4GMC, which is a communications solution and an economically viable VAS solution. The company will showcase some of its latest LTE-ready products during the Mobile World Congress (News - Alert) 2012 which is scheduled to take place from February 27 to March 1 in Barcelona, Spain.
Mobile operators are expected to lose voice and messaging earnings with the increased demand for 4G networks and Over-the-top or OTT VoIP and instant messaging services. Operators can make use of the Jinny Software’s VAVOOMB software to deliver similar services that are offered by OTT providers.
In a release, Richard Choi, chief commercial officer at Jinny said, “Subscribers currently have to maintain several different identities to use VoIP and instant messaging over IP. What we are doing allows people to participate in VoIP calls, instant messaging, social media, SMS, and standard voice calls with nothing more than their own mobile number. The great benefit to the operators is that they can provide all this with one solution, and maintain the same service and billing relationship with customers that they have always had.”
Both IMS and 2G/3G circuit switched networks are supported natively by Jinny’s 4GMC, thereby offering flawless customer experience irrespective of the network. The complexity of network architecture is decreased as 4GMC eliminates the requirement for a separate IP SM Gateway (News 
- Alert).
The latest virtual network operators and enablers along with the established operators can now use Jinny’s latest VAS in One or ViO solution to reduce their supplier expenditures and accelerate their time-to-market with latest services.
