Amdocs Brings New Theme to Mobile World Congress

Amdocs (News - Alert), a leading customer experience system provider, will demonstrate its Customer Experience Systems (CES) portfolio as well as its vision of how service providers need to evolve in the future in the context of mobile technology. The company’s new theme, “Embrace Challenge, Experience Success,” is being touted as the banner description for the new solutions that the company will be featuring at Mobile World Congress (News - Alert).

The company will focus on four imperatives that it says are necessary to succeed in today’s world: simplify experience, harness data, stay ahead and be efficient. In that context, the company will feature its Single Click Network Rollout, a solution that will allow businesses to quickly optimize configuration for 3G, 4G and LTE (News - Alert) networks. Other featured products will include Amdocs Connected Home, a cloud-based solution that allows businesses to launch pre-packaged business services, such as remote security and multimedia.

The Amdocs M2M solution will allow providers to onboard and service partners who are offering M2M applications like electrical vehicles, health monitoring and smart utility meters. Also, the Amdocs Data Experience Solution will allow businesses to harness data for timely promotions and upsell to accelerate data services monetization.

Amdocs has also announced the launch of a program called Enreach, which harnesses innovations from research institutes and young companies around the world to provide more value to Amdocs’ global customer base. In addition to the proprietary demos at their booth, Amdocs will feature a wide range of Enreach partner solution demos to include M2M, smart networks and marketing and loyalty.

In addition to its technology offerings, the company also sponsored a global art contest that will feature entries from 20 countries. The artists were charged with depicting the concept of convergence. Visitors will have the opportunity to visit and vote on the works of art, which will be on display in Amdocs’ Mobile World Congress booth.

Amdocs will also participate in the “Mobile Cloud: Cloud and Network Intelligence” forum and the Data Monetization Breakfast on Tuesday, Feb. 28. The company will hold a breakfast for Enreach on Wednesday, Feb.29. The customer solutions company currently has over 19,000 employees and operates in over 60 countries.
