New Dialogic Software Measures Mobile Video QoE


If you are in the business of creating, editing or delivering video services, you are quite familiar with the term Quality of Experience (QoE), however, if you aren’t, you may not be aware of the technicalities that go into providing the highest video quality. As video has evolved from analog systems to digital and mobile video systems, evaluation methods have changed significantly, requiring the necessary tools to properly measure video QoE standards.
