Savvion’s business process management (BPM) software will enable Telecom New Zealand International to coordinate across different systems within the company to streamline order management, billing, and provisioning. This will improve customer loyalty and generate revenue.

Telecom New Zealand International provides the full range of telecommunications services to retail and wholesale customers and is one of the major telecommunications companies in Australia and Asia-Pacific.

The company chose business process management solutions from Savvion to rapidly change their service offerings in the dynamic business environment. Telecom New Zealand International can now provide the right offering to customers every time.

“It is important that Telecom New Zealand International deploys the latest technology to improve the way we do business with new and existing customers,” said David Gorman, global IT manager at Telecom New Zealand International, in a statement to the press.

Savvion BusinessManager was reportedly chosen after a detailed review of the leading BPM vendors. Savvion appeared to be the best choice for their company as they searched ways to improve customer loyalty and generate visibility across the organization.

According to Sanjay Kumar, vice president of telecommunications solutions at Savvion, order management and provisioning is a critical process that many companies in the communication's industry are looking to improve.
