Stellar Recovery Deploys LiveVox Inc.'s Integrated IVR and On-demand Payment Lines

Receivables management firm Stellar Recovery Inc. has simplified multi-site PCI (News - Alert) compliance by deploying LiveVox Inc.’s integrated Interactive Voice Response “IVR” and on-demand payment lines.

LiveVox (News - Alert) is a provider of enterprise cloud-based consumer contact solutions. The company’s solutions meet the security and privacy requirements of the Payments Card Industry “PCI” Data Security Standard.

Generally at multi-site organizations where system redundancies, policies and audits must be duplicated at each location, the complexity of compliance always increases. In addition, PCI rules around payment lines are stringent where transmission, processing and storing of credit card data are involved.

In addition, organizations are forced to invest precious resources to meet PCI compliance such as implementing, auditing, updating and maintaining compliant networks, infrastructure and change control processes. Numerous hosted vendors are yet to achieve PCI security and procedure standards.

IVR is a computer phone system and integrated software that automatically answers inbound phone calls. With the help of IVR technology, a caller can select items from a prompted menu and interact with the phone system. Information can also be captured by an IVR and likewise digital or voice information can be provided to the caller.
