The company said that a combination of D-Link’s (News - Alert) line of network cameras and the offerings provide an ideal solution for small-to-medium businesses (SMB) who want to affordably leverage the advanced functionality and manageability found in enterprise systems.
In collaboration with Aimetis, a global provider of integrated intelligent video software, D-Link has launched Symphony, an integrated video management and video analytics platform that can help manage large amounts of raw video data. Designed for analog and network cameras, the platform features an open, standards- based architecture as its foundation and facilitates the migration of analog “record only” installations to intelligent network video for security and business intelligence.

Targeted for medium-scale single-server deployments, NetDVR is a high-end IP-Surveillance recording and management NVR software suite for medium-scale single-server deployments. ProSight-SMB, an IP video surveillance platform, is ideal for small-medium businesses that need reliable multi-camera viewing & archiving, playback analysis, remote access, audio capabilities and more.
“Our feature-rich D-Link IP camera offerings, together with the Aimetis and OnSSI camera management platforms, provide flexible management, recording and archiving capabilities for the SMB requiring professional, state-of-the-art security monitoring,” said Chris Wong, director of product management for D-Link Systems in a statement.
