PAETEC Wins (Again) Selling Power Sales Excellence Award

For the second year in a row PAETEC (News - Alert) has been chosen the Telecommunications Sales Organization of the Year at the Selling Power Sales Excellence Awards in Las Vegas.
The Fairport, N.Y.-based business communications firm won the Stevie Award, an honor jointly presented by Selling Power magazine, and widely considered as "the business world's own Oscars"
Chris Bantoft, president of PAETEC ‘s Alternate Channel, said receiving the award for the second consecutive year “further validates the importance PAETEC places on supporting our sales organization throughout every department in our company.
PAETEC was also a finalist in the Customer Service Team of the Year, Regional Manager of the Year, Sales Management Training Program of the Year, and Sales Training Program of the Year categories.
"The success we have achieved as a company can be tied to the quality of our sales force," said PAETEC Executive Vice President of Sales Mario DeRiggi. "Through solid recruiting and training, we now have the strongest Sales team in our history, and this award confirms our place in the telecommunications industry."
PAETEC, which in October acquired phone and network system player Allworx (News - Alert), focuses on personalizing business communications for businesses, enterprise organizations and institutions across the United States. The company offers its customers a comprehensive suite of IP, voice, data and Internet services, as well as enterprise communications management software, network security solutions, and managed services.
