While the main goal of consumer electronics may be to provide offerings for greater ease and more convenience, Panasonic is taking on a new element and adding in the importance of aesthetics and design to their line of home phone offerings.
The company has announced the launch of Panasonic Color, a way for consumers to better customize and include phones into their room decors. Twelve new colors including, Pearl Yellow, Orange and Moss Green, among others are available for their three most popular cordless phone models, the KX-TG3031, the KX-TG3021 and the KX-TG6021.
Big on technology and providing offerings for the CE marketplace, Panasonic has now taken their offerings to the next level by recognizing the importance of design and aesthetics when it comes to consumer electronics.
Robert Verdi, celebrity stylist and noted TV personality commented in a statement, "For too long, consumer electronics were considered everyday products that while necessary for the home, would never make a design statement. Now that has changed, as Panasonic recognizes that the aesthetics of electronics can and should enhance the design of a living environment, and these Panasonic color phones will give consumers creative freedom previously not available."
Keeping their thoughts on consumer needs and offering solutions that ease their everyday needs, Panasonic also announced the launch of a new online video resource that allows pet owners to monitor the pets in their homes while they are away.
Their network cameras help consumers watch what their pets are doing when they're not home, and provide the ability to share their pets with others as part of an online community on SeeMyPetCam.com.
