Shortly after announcing its plans to brand its own biofuel, Heartland Energy Group released the news that it officially reserved the domain for their new Website, FlexFuelTrader.com.
A trading platform for buyers and sellers of flexible fuel vehicles (FFVs) FlexFuelTrader.com allows users to purchase and sell biodiesel, ethanol, hydrogen, methanol, natural gas and alcohol flex fuel vehicles.
Earlier this month, the alternative fuel resource company received its first shipment of biodiesel production equipment as part of an agreement with Dogwood Energy. With the plan to market and sell a full line of biodiesel and ethanol products, Heartland Energy’s marketing subsidiary Flex Fuel America will represent home- and commercial-based biodiesel production units.
Heartland Energy Group is developing its national marketing campaign to create asset protection for their future marketing of the Heartland Alternative Fuel line-up. The brand, HE85, is up for trademark filing.
Heartland seeks to eliminate North America's dependency on foreign energy sources by focusing on engineering that will enable the mass distribution of ethanol.
According to HeartlandEnergyGroup.com, because E85 is produced mainly in the Midwest, there hasn’t been nationwide marketing for the alternative fuel. Heartland’s goals is to help widespread adoption of E85, making it more prevalent for FFVs and users across the US.
