CSR, a provider of personal wireless technology products, announced its association with Q Talk recently to incorporate HushAlert! to it's latest BlueCore5-Multimedia platform.

. CSR provides comprehensive solutions based around its silicon platforms. The CSR’s BlueCore5-Multimedia is the only Bluetooth platform that can support a series of third-party software for expanded audio capability and increased functionality.
Due to a high performance, 24-bit 64 MIPS on-chip DSP, CSR's BlueCore5-Multimedia totally stands apart in terms of offering superior sound quality and signal.
Technology has advanced to such an extent today that just about anything can be controlled by deploying certain techniques. Gone are the days of unwanted disturbances like earsplitting cell phone calls. With Q Talk's solutions through their HushAlert! Technology, which addresses the specific user problem of needing to speak loudly when in close proximity with other people.
Anand Katragadda, President at Q Talk said in a statement, "By incorporating HushAlert! in CSR's BlueCore, manufacturers can now give end users the tool to assist them in carrying on courteous and private conversations on their mobile devices, thus dramatically enhancing the consumer experience."
Q Talk's HushAlert! supervises continuously, the speech level of the mobile user through predefined optimal threshold levels. At any point of time, if the users' speech exceeds these levels, the system sends visual, audio or tactile feedback alerting the user.
Also, the threshold levels of the application can be customized as per the needs of each person.
HushAlert! works well in battery powered mobile devices and can be delivered on standard Bluetooth
audio devices running BlueCore5-Multimedia.
