ZTE ( News - Alert) Corporation, telecommunications equipment provider in China offering comprehensive network solutions, has recently revealed the launch of the ZTE Evolution handset through PEOPLEnet, the first national provider of third generation (3G ) communications in Ukraine.
As the mobile manufacturing industry keeps spurring innovations day by day, ZTE has launched a 3G handset – the ZTE Evolution, a stylish, multilingual and well-featured phone. The phone is also a slim, 3G consumer-centric flip phone that features a dual level, multilingual, Fastap keypad based on Digit Wireless' ( News - Alert) Fastap Keypad Global Language Platform and which ensures a better user experience.
Fastap Keypad technology delivers a simpler and easier mobile phone usage experience empowering device manufacturers to offer a dual-level language keypad in over 90 languages.
"As 3G services continue to proliferate in emerging markets and with multiple language needs, mobile operators are demanding appealing and simple-to-use handsets that increase the use of 3G wireless data services," said He Shiyou, senior vice president of ZTE and general manager of ZTE's handset division in a statement to the press.
With a vision to offer more value and better customer service, PEOPLEnet delivers services of high-speed mobile Internet, high-quality voice communications and multimedia. Through this deal with ZTE, PEOPLEnet is believed to offer unparalleled access to advanced messaging (input text using their native language based on the Cyrillic alphabet) and mobile data services to approximately 37.5 million Ukrainian speakers.
Stressing the availability of an advanced and completely elated mobile experience for the customers through the ZTE Evolution handset, Vitaliy Vorozhbit, CEO of PEOPLEnet said, "We are sure that this handset will empower our users to realize more functionality out of their phone, ultimately enabling them to enjoy the PEOPLEnet 3G mobile messaging and value added services with simplicity, efficiency and ease."
