JNS Enterprises, Inc., A tower developer in New York State, has signed A wireless tower agreement with Otsego County New York to act as the county's exclusive agent with respect to developing communication towers on county land.
Jeffery A. Staley, President and CEO in a press statement said, ``JNS is very excited to be a part of Otsego County's development and to help the county expand their cellular and emergency services throughout local communities. We plan on delivering more than we promise through every phase of development and management. We are looking forward to a long and successful partnership with the county.''
Roy Althiser, Jr., E911 Coordinator for Otsego County said, ``Otsego County is pleased to have signed an agreement with JNS Enterprises. Building towers on County or Municipal property will allow for expansion of cellular coverage to the county's citizens and potentially allow additional services in the future”.
“Otsego County is confident their decision to hire JNS and join the MTOP program can enhance public access to Public Safety from Wireless devices where coverage currently is not available. Althiser added, ''Towers are developed and maintained by JNS and will generate a long term recurring revenue stream to the county.``
