The versatility of Nortel's WiMAX solution spans from delivering 4G mobile broadband services to reducing the digital divide and providing Internet access to emerging markets and underdeveloped regions.
Nortel will also demonstrate the XO laptops from the One Laptop Per Child (OLPC) initiative of which it is a founding sponsor. OLPC is designed to make laptops and Internet access affordable for children around the world.
