New Profit Plus Program Helps Businesses Save on Operational Expenses

Express 1, a company that uses technology as an enabler not only to reduce expenses but to help businesses improve efficiencies and even expand operations, has launched a so-called “Profit Plus Program” that the company claims helps businesses to save money on their top three expenses which include freight, parcel and telecom.
Company officials said that the freight vertical offers full-service transportation management services, providing businesses a true competitive edge by offering the latest in cutting edge technology, industry expertise and buying power.
The parcel vertical is a partnership with the United States Postal Service to provide their Overnight and Priority 2-3 Day small package services.
The telecom vertical, officials said, allows Express 1 to act as a premier master agent and indirect sales organization with the world's largest Tier 1 telecommunications carriers as well as many regional carriers and wholesale providers.
"In today's competitive marketplace, businesses have to do one of two things to stay profitable, sell more or save more. Express 1 promises to find ways for a company to save more which will free up their resources to work on more urgent tasks and core competencies like selling more,” said Bret Miller, president and CEO.
“Profit Plus is simple, we look at what a business is currently paying and then we show them what they could be saving.”
