Boutique Staffing Firm Selects M5's Hosted VoIP Solution

Clarity, a boutique staffing firm specializing in staffing temporary and permanent administrative and HR positions, has deployed M5’s hosted VoIP solution.
The VoIP solution will facilitate mobility and remote working as well as provide Clarity clients and candidates with excellent care and support.
The New York-based Clarity is a boutique staffing firm specializing in temporary and permanent placement services for administrative support and HR positions. The company was searching for a VoIP solution for their new office in San Francisco and decided to deploy the M5 solution.
M5 provides a completely turnkey solution to Clarity that supports easy call transferring and routing between their bicoastal offices. The clients are now received by a live voice, and the solution has allowed the staff members to work from anywhere and still access their office desk phones.
M5’s advanced features and functionalities receive regular updates, alerts and new product releases. The company is leveraging features such as M5 Scribe, a voicemail transcription service that emails messages at any time of day or night. The scalable and cost effective M5 system will help the firm establish a larger presence across the West Coast.
