Cerylion Enables FairPoint e-Billing in its CommADVISOR TEM System

Cerylion, a provider of advanced global communications and information technology solutions, says it will support FairPoint Communication’s electronic billing as part of its CommADVISOR Telecom Expense Management System. This TEM system is most suitable for large and medium sized businesses and government agencies said Cerylion.
“Most billing errors can be traced to contract or service transitions. The Verizon (News - Alert) to FairPoint transition is a large-scale example of such a transition,” said Dave Snow, Cerylion’s vice president of Customer and Field Operations.
“FairPoint’s Electronic Billing Extract (FEBE) allows CommADVISOR to fully automate the bill validation and invoice processing functions. Current and new CommADVISOR clients that are transitioning from Verizon will be able to benchmark their new FairPoint network costs, and potentially identify new opportunities to further reduce network expense.”
CommADVISOR provides a Business Intelligence-driven application which automates important workflows and helps enterprise customers to reduce costs and also manage fixed and wireless network assets. Enterprises will be able to cost optimize the complete telecom lifecycle within a secure Web-hosted application.
Large enterprises will benefit greatly from fully automated in-cycle billing resolution and invoice processing provided by the CommADVISOR. This helps them avoid spending on post-payment audits, charge accounting, charge-back reporting, budget reporting and other manual processes.
The patented CommADVISOR platform from Cerylion also includes Active Inventory Management, Service Scorecards, Contract Analysis and Forecasting modules. This platform provides users with a highly advanced and automated network spend management systems.
CommADVISOR is offered by Cerylion as a Web-based software-as-a-service (SaaS (News - Alert)) solution. It is provided as a fully managed service from Cerylion’s CommADVISOR service partners also.
