PaperHost Announces Data Capture Solution PaperHost phADC

PaperHost, a Web-based Software as a Service document management solution provider, has announced its document management software will help companies reduce capital expenses and eliminate the need for on-premise systems.
PaperHost’s document management software enables companies to benefit from distributed document capture, indexing and retrieval with full life-cycle management, online and on-demand.
The Application Program Interface (API) lets software companies and corporations to image enable their applications offering a look-and-feel usage along with high security to their documents.
The management solution image also offers a direct connection between internal transactions and documents accompanying them. A single click offers access to print, email, and download facilitating other processes.
PaperHost has also announced a new data capture solution. The PaperHost phADC services will offer the ability to separate list-based or repeat data elements from documents.
Data capture is a labor intensive, expensive and time consuming component of a document management system. The process requires operators to capture data from documents and verify that the information given by them is correct. This is labor intensive besides leading to loss of integrity of the data.
The output data from PaperHost can be formatted according to the input required at the customer’s receiving application like the accounts receivable system and the data can be sent and received between PaperHost and customers making use of several secure data transmission protocols.
