Anue Systems Introduces NEBS Level 3 Compliant Carrier Class 5273 Net Tool Optimizer at Interop 2011

Anue Systems, a company that has been created to help the world’s largest corporations, communications providers and government agencies increase their network visibility, has just introduced the new 5273 Net Tool Optimizer, which happens to be fully NEBS level 3 compliant, at Interop (News - Alert) 2011 in Las Vegas.

The Anue 5273 Net Tool Optimizer is a carrier class high availability platform designed with telecommunication and cable service providers in mind. The device will help customers achieve their network performance goals, while having the capabilities required to meet increased bandwidth demands.

According to the company website, this high-availability, carrier-class unit aggregates, replicates and filters network traffic securely and efficiently to maximize resources and provide complete network visibility. The Anue 5273 NTO offers highly powerful management tools, flexible upgrade options and and a drag-and-drop GUI, which allows for ease of use.

The 5273 has two module slots located at the back of the unit, that can fully support up to four 10 Gb ports, which are also available as expansion modules.

Some key features of the 5273 Net Tool Optimizer include: NEBS level 3 compliance with no exceptions, redundant, hot-swappable power supply / fan modules, -48V DC or 12-240VAC power input, front-to-back air flow, local and remote alarm relay support, redundant management ports and craft interface for emergency out-of-band reset, the website detailed.

This new product designed by Anue Systems, comes with software port licensing so you don’t have to purchase it with all of the ports initially turned on, which gives customers flexibility on what they buy and gives them the option of when they want or need to upgrade the product, Erik Linask (News - Alert) from TMCnet, reported from Interop 2011.
