RAD Data Communications TDMoIP Gateways

OfficeLink 2000 Version 2.2 From Teltone Corporation
VoIP capabilities are now a part of the OfficeLink
2000 product, allowing geographically dispersed call center agents and
knowledge workers access to the enterprise phone system using only a
Windows-based PC connection to the Internet. Version 2.2 also allows users
"softphone" uses such as on-screen buttons for log-in/log-out,
release, hold, and assist. "The new enhancements enable our customers

SpiderSLM will boost SS7 protocol

traditionally required by up to 75 percent. SpiderSLM removes restrictions
on the SS7 chip and replaces the functionality in the processor with a
software solution.

7940
A second-generation, full-featured IP phone for low to medium traffic users
allowing four simultaneous calls and four interactive soft keys, the Cisco
