CosmoCom has released Version 4.6 of CosmoCall Universe contact center software platform, which includes enhancements in the areas of reporting, IP Centrex integration, and NAT traversal.
According to a
press release, the new version improves call center management metrics, enables seamless interoperability with other hosted services, and automatic configuration for complex network topologies.
CosmoCom’s latest release introduces a new report permission scheme that adapts each report to the access privileges of the person who is viewing it. Both real time and historical report information can be matched to almost any conceivable organizational structure with this feature.
CosmoCom has also improved reporting speed, enhanced the contents of existing reports, created new standard reports, and improved the graphic and charting presentations in the reporting package. These improvements build on the Microsoft (
