Info-Route Launches Voice Services Division

Info-Route IT Solutions, an IT outsourcing and consulting company, announced that it will be launching a voice services division to cater to the growing IVR, VoIP and customized telephony market. Info-Route will add a number of IVR products to its portfolio, including pulsevoice, an IVR platform with an accompanying service creation environment.

Info-Route will also be working with Quintum and Cisco products to deliver VoIP services such as trunk replacement, long-distance origination and termination and customized solutions. IVR, speech recognition and VoiceXML are all areas of growth for Info-Route and plans are in the works to incorporate all these existing and emerging technologies into the service offering.

“We have a large number of very experienced Cisco, Microsoft, and Pulse engineers available to work on projects of any size. Our core strength lies in our ability to procure the necessary talent to achieve project goals.” said Judy Yao, president of Info-Route.
