) director of retail sales and service said that although teenagers nationwide have been driving the text messaging trend, nearly everyone is texting since it has become a more fluid way to communicate with friends.
“As a company committed to bringing Alaskans innovative and useful products on the best network, we are happy to introduce a device that makes communicating more enjoyable and easier,” said Bishop in a statement.
For $39 with a three-year contract, Alaska Communications’ new launch, Kyocera Lingo is available now at all ACS store locations or online at acsalaska.com. Users can enjoy unlimited text messaging for just $4 per month.
ACS is a major integrated communications provider in Alaska, offering local telephone service, wireless, long distance, data, and Internet services to business and residential customers throughout Alaska.
