Nexaira Wireless Inc.’s, Business Class II Router was named a finalist in the Gadget Guru category in the CTIA (News - Alert) 2010 Hot for the Holidays awards competition.

The competition honors the most innovative and cutting-edge mobile electronics products and applications for the holiday season. At CTIA ENTERPRISE and APPLICATIONS 2010, which takes place in San Francisco at Moscone Center West, Oct. 6-8, the winners of CTIA Hot for the Holidays award will be announced.

The design of the Nexaira Business Class II Router enables operators, enterprises, and home office users to expeditiously connect to, maintain and manage high-speed wireless data connections rivaling traditional landline connectivity with unmatched functionality, speed, and ease of use.

The BCII, through features like auto fail-over with anti-flap, are able to switch to a wireless backup connection within seconds of the primary wireline connection going down. Xtreme Speed Optimization of Nexaira  provides the best possible speeds a broadband connection is capable of which is in part what distinguishes the Business Class II Router from other less application specific broadband routers.

At an awards ceremony at CTIA ENTERPRISE and APPLICATIONS on Thursday, Oct. 7, at 2:00 p.m. PT, the winners of CTIA 2010 Hot for the Holidays will be recognized.

The entries will be judged by a panel of mobile CE media and analysts. They will also select finalists based on innovation, functionality, creativity and "hotness." From each category a winner will be selected. All award submissions will be prominently displayed in a special showcase at Moscone Center West during the CTIA show in October.
