tw telecom Expands Ethernet Footprint with Platform Equinix

Equinix (News - Alert), Inc, an international global data center services, recently announced that tw telecom has increased its visibility in Platform Equinix. This expansion by tw telecom (News - Alert) has been done in order to meet the rising customer demand for its carrier Ethernet services and also to reach cloud service providers and enterprise customers who operate in Equinix data centers across the U.S.

 

tw telecom plans to take advantage of its expanded presence in Platform Equinix as well as its own metro and national fiber infrastructure to provide connectivity options to next-generation cloud services. These services will be provided to both mid and large scale companies in a number of industries such as healthcare, retail, technology, education, government and financial services.
