Lexnet Consulting Integrates StrongMail, Sage SalesLogix

Lexnet Consulting Group reportedly has announced that it has developed the second in a series of integrations between StrongMail E-mail Marketing Solutions and Sage SalesLogix.
StrongMail is an on-premises e-mail marketing and transactional e-mail solution while Sage SalesLogix is a CRM solution from Sage Software ( News - Alert).
The integration would allow Sage SalesLogix customers to benefit from more effective e-mail marketing programs with StrongMail and its real-time integration to Sage SalesLogix CRM.
“As with SageCRM customers, we found that Sage SalesLogix customers were looking real-time integration between their CRM system and an e-mail marketing solution,” said Steve Chipman, president of Lexnet, a StrongMail partner.
He continued, “Historically, Sage SalesLogix has been mainly implemented as an on-premises CRM solution, which makes it an ideal match for StrongMail’s e-mail marketing appliance. Due to the escalating costs and declining control associated with e-mail service providers, more companies are turning to StrongMail’s on-premises e-mail marketing solution in order to control costs and gain greater flexibility.”
“We are thrilled that Lexnet is continuing to roll out CRM integrations with StrongMail,” said Steve Murphy, North American Channel Manager for StrongMail Systems. “By integrating StrongMail with multiple CRM platforms, Lexnet is addressing the needs of a large number of companies.”
“Since both Sage SalesLogix and StrongMail are normally installed either in-house or in a co-location facility, the integration is real-time,” Chipman said. “StrongMail can quickly access Sage SalesLogix’s database – and Sage SalesLogix users can easily view e-mail campaign results on their CRM screens.”
In the series of CRM integrations that Lexnet is developing for StrongMail, the first to be announced, was an integration between StrongMail and SageCRM 200, an on-premises CRM solution from Sage Software.
