In a bid to further improve the interaction between agents and customers, Contactual, a provider of on-demand contact center solutions, has announced their latest product offering, Contactual Desktop Sharing.

The new product offers remote support for clients and places agents in a position of power to address, fix and share information, among other possibilities, remotely.

By gaining this kind of control and capability, agents can not only improve the customer experience but also increase sales and technical support when using the new Desktop Sharing offering.

In a statement, Contactual CEO Mansour Salame said, "Our new desktop sharing feature elevates the level of service provided to the customer without compromising ease of use for the agent and is available at an unmatched price point. This product is the first of several innovations Contactual will be releasing throughout the year."

The offering provides call centers interested in the benefits of desktop sharing with a solution that doesn’t require a separate application and that offers effective communications with customers.

Contactual made headlines recently with the announcement of an On-Demand Contact Center Suite, jointly announced by White Pajama Japan, a Tokyo-based joint venture of Contactual and Infocom, and NetSuite K.K.

The integration application provides companies with a 360-degree view of the customer and facilities management of client interactions including screen pops, click-to-dial functionalities and single sign-on, among other capabilities.

***Has your organization firmly established the superiority of your on-premise contact center solution? Have you fully determined that this is the best option for your organization instead of considering an on-demand solution? If not, take a look at The 6 Myths of On-Demand Contact Center Solutions, the latest whitepaper from Contactual.
