Sorin Group Selects SAS Business Intelligence Server TMCnet Contributing Editor SAS (News - Alert) Business Intelligence Server, an integrated component of the SAS 9 intelligence platform, has been chosen by Sorin Group for business reporting. The solution will enable Sorin Group to monitor clinical data from hospitals across Europe, specifically from cardiac surgery and valve prosthesis wards. The simple interfaces and guided analytics of the SAS Business Intelligence Server’s enable users to perform complex analyses on their own. Utilizing the solution’s proven analytical and data integration capabilities, users can create wizard-driven reports together with step-by-step instructions and self-service interfaces, appropriate and accessible by even the least expert users. SAS made news earlier this week for sponsoring the new Master of Science in Information Quality at University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR). The program provides students the skills to improve the quality of the vast amounts of data held in computer systems worldwide.
