These unified communications solutions offer customers choices as to how their communications and collaboration software is delivered, managed, and maintained. Microsoft said its solutions form a bridge between telephony and computing to deliver real time messaging, voice and conferencing to the desktop environment.
“Microsoft is pleased to be working with Cygnal Technologies and OnX Enterprise Solutions to deliver a streamlined communications experience to our customers,” said Mandeep Bhullar, manager of Microsoft Canada’s unified communications channel development division, in a statement.
OnX Enterprise said that, as Microsoft certified gold partner, it has been providing Microsoft solutions to Canada's leading companies for more than 10 years, and is experienced in deploying enterprise-wide IP
solutions.
“Together, Cygnal and OnX bring over 30 years experience in voice and data network design and deployment to our enterprise customers,” said Ed Vos, President of OnX Enterprise, in a statement.
Jos Wintermans, Chairman and CEO of Cygnal Technologies, added: “Much like the partnership between Microsoft and Nortel (
